Staff

Alongside Maralyn and Michael is a dedicated team of staff fronted by Manager Luci Jarmaine. She is highly experienced and qualifed with NVQ 2,3 & 4. Our heads of departments have been with Littlebourne House for at least 10 years and in some cases (Brenda Longley our Housekeeper) over 20 years. We have a qualified chef, Activities Co-ordinator, and Training Manager amongst the many carers and domestics.

The home is fully committed to staff learning and development. 'Trained minds make competent carers'. We are constantly revising and updating the in house training of staff in line with the National Care Standards requirements. The house training is directed by TOPPS, which is a government approved organisation. As well as this, all our care team are put through NVQ 2 and 3.
